Crock Pot Beef Eye Roast

Ingredients
3 1/2 lb Eye of the round roast1 can 99% fat free chicken broth2 Large onions cut in wedges3 cloves of garlic1 bay leafSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Place onions wedges in bottom of crock. Pour broth over them. Cut slits in roast and insert cloves of garlic. Salt and pepper raost to taste. Place roast on top of onions. Cook pn low 6-8 hours. At this point you can slice and serve or shred for sammies.
