Hamburg Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1 large onion, chopped3/4 pound ground beef, lean32 ounces chicken broth16 ounces frozen mixed vegetables8 ounces tomato sauce24 ounces chopped tomatoesSalt, pepper, other seasonings as desired
Directions
Saute onions until translucent. Add lean ground beef to pan and brown. Use a large pot and add broth, frozen mixed vegetables, tomato sauce, and chopped or crushed tomatoes. Bring to a boil and lower heat, cover and simmer for one hour.
