Zucchini Lasagna

4 large zucchini1 lb ground turkey1 796ml can of diced toms1 156ml can of tom paste5 tbsp grated parm180 g grated lite mozzarellaspices as desired
Cut zucchini into planks. Place on sheet pan. Spray with pam and then sprinkle with salt, pepper and italian seasonings. Cook 5 min then flip and season other side and cook 5 more min.
Cook ground meat (add fresh onion and garlic if desired) Drain if fatty. Add seasonings as desired and canned tomatoes and tomato paste.
Layer zucchini, meat sauce and cheese in casserole dish as for lasagna. Bake in over to melt cheese.
