Ingredients
Melt: 1/4 c. margarineAdd: 1 c. milk and warm (Don't boil)Add: 2 c. old fashioned oats Let stand 10 minutes.Add: 3/4 c. brown sugar ( or Splenda brown sugar) 1 mashed ripe banana 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs, well beatenMix and add: 3/4 c. whole wheat flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. saltMix well.Add: 1 c. frozen blueberries 1 tsp. cinnamon, if desiredMix gently. Fill to top of muffin cups.Makes 12 muffins.Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
