1 whole wheat pita1 cup chopped tomatoes1 tsp minced garlic2 tbsp parmesean cheesechopped onions and peppers (optional)
Split the whole wheat pita in half. top each half with tomatoes, garlic, cheese, onions and peppers (if desired). Bake in 400 oven 7-10 minutes or until desired crispness is achieved. makes 2 individual size pizzas.
