Zucchini, Banana and Flaxseed Muffins with Honey

Ingredients
1 cup white flour3/4 cup whole wheat flour1/2 ground flaxseed3/4 cup honey2 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp course salt1 tsp cinnamon1 1/2 C zucchini1 mashed banana3/4 cup milk1 egg white1 tsp vanilla
Directions
combine flours, flaxseed, soda, b pwdr, salt and cinnamon. Add shredded zucchini, banana and honey. Mix egg white, milk and vanilla in a separate bowl, then combine with flour mixture. Put in muffin pans coated in cooking spray. Bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes.
