Sugar Free Rice Pudding

Ingredients
50g short grain rice127 (5oz) dried soft datesnutmeg for toppingPint whole milk
Directions
Chop the dates and simmer in a pan with 100ml of water until soft and mushy.

Slowly add the milk, heating and stirring to dissolve dates and sweeten the milk.

Place 50g of short grain rice in an ovenproof dish, pour the milk/date mixure over it, stir and cook in oven uncovered for 30 mins.

Then stir again and return to oven for hour and half.
