Salmon Bake

Ingredients
Directions
4 oz salmon1 tbsp light mayo2 tbsp parmesan cheese grated or shredded1/2 oz dry white winepepper to taste12 almonds
Preheat toaster oven to 425
Place fish on baking tray. Combine mayo, cheese, and white wine in small bowl (I also add black pepper to taste).
Pour wine/mayo/cheese mixture over fish
Bake for 15 mins or until done. Topping should brown nicely! Oh, and snack on the almonds while the fish is cooking!
Serve with your favorite green veggie.
