3-Carb Hamburger Bun

Ingredients
2 Tbsp butterPinch salt1/4 cup almond meal1 egg1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions
Melt butter in pyrex bowl (10 oz). Add salt and almond meal. Stir well. Sieve baking powder over top and stir in well. Beat egg in separate cup, stir to combine with almond meal mixture. Microwave on high 1 minute, or until done. (in 750 watt microwave it took about 1 min 40 seconds). Let cool on rack. Toast lightly to firm up more, if desired.
