Tania's Vietnamese Soup

Ingredients
Bring the chicken broth to a simmer then add the cabbage, soy sauce, oyster sauce, carrots, bean sprouts and chili sauce, let simmer for 10 minutes.Mean while soak the rice noodles in hot water for 10 minutes.Season shrimp with a little sesame oil and salt and pepper then add to the broth and then add the noodles in bundles, you can cut the noodles prior to placing them in the broth. Let it simmer for 5 minutes or till noodles are to your liking. Serve with fresh cilantro, green onions or any other herb you like.
