Crockpot Honey Sesame Chicken

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 cup honey1/2 cup soy sauce1/4 cup ketchup2 Tbsp. vegetable oil2 cloves garlic, minced1/4 - 1/3 cup onion, diced1/4 tsp. red pepper flakesCornstarchSesame seeds
Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt and pepper and place in slow cooker. Combine all ingredients except the cornstarch in a bowl. Add over chicken. Cook for either 3-4 hours on low, or 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 hours on high. When chicken is done, remove from crockpot and cut into chunks. Add some cornstarch to a bit of water and mix it up. Add to sauce in crockpot to thicken.Throw the chicken back in to coat in sauce. Serve on brown rice, or with a salad on the side. Top with sesame seeds.
