Roasted Tomato With Bread Crumbs and Parmasean Cheese

Ingredients
2 Whole Fresh Tomatoes1/2 cup grated Parmasean Cheese1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs1 tsp Mrs. Dash Seasoning
Directions
Cut tomatoes in half and scoop out a little bit of the center flesh with a spoon to form a small hole. Sprinkle tomato with Mrs. Dash seasoning. Fill hole with Panko crumbs and top with cheese. Roast in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
