Bran Muffins with Flax Seed

Ingredients
6 cups All-Bran5 cups whole wheat flour2 cups boiling water (pour over All-Bran)3 or 4 egg whites2 cups brown sugar1 cup honey5 tsps baking soda1 tsp salt1 quart skim milk soured with 1 tbsp vinegar1 cup applesauce1 cup ground flax seed4 cups non- packed raisens2 tbsps black strap molasses
Directions
Cook at 400 for 20 minutes. Makes 6 dozen muffins.
