1 10oz bag of Fresh spinach1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion1/2 granny or gala apples (chopped or sliced)1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (feta or goat can be used)
Rinse spinach, dry and tear into bite-size pieces. Combine spinach, onion, apple and cheese in a large bowl. Enjoy!
