Scrambled Eggs on the GO!

Ingredients
1 large egg2 egg whitesdash of salt1/2 tblsp of dill weed dried
Directions
Wisk egg, egg whites, salt, and dill together until frothy.
Spray a small skillet with non-stick spray, place over medium heat and pour egg mixture into the skillet.
Allow it to cook until only a little bit of egg is left runny, then gently flip, try to keep it an intact circle, remove from heat and let it sit until eggs are completely cooked.
Cut into four triangles and put in a container to enjoy on your commute! This is great for the on the go Mom that does not have time for breakfast before leaving the house.
