Crock Pot Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
8 oz. brown rice macaroni, uncooked2 eggs1 12 oz can non-fat evaporated milk1.5 C non-fat milk1 t white pepper1 t garlic powder1 T Ethnic Delights Garlic and Herb blendolive oil, to brush crock pot4 cups shredded cheddar or cheese blend
Directions
Either brush or spray your crock pot’s interior with olive oil. Set to Low. In a large bowl, beat eggs, milk and spices together. Fold in 3 cups of the cheese and the dry elbows. Pour into the warming crock pot and top with the reserved one cup of cheese. Cover and let cook for 4.5 to 5 hours, depending upon your unit. You will want to open it up. Do not open; do not stir until at least 4.5 hours have elapsed. It’s worth it.
