Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

All Purpose Unbleached Flour, 1 3/4 cupSalt, 1 tspBaking Soda, 1 tsp Earth Balance buttery spread whipped, 1 cupBrown Sugar Domino, 3/4 cupSugar In The Raw, 3/4 cupVanilla Extract, 1 tbspEner-G Egg Replacer 1 1/2 tsp = 1 eggGhirardelli chocolate semi-sweet chips, 1 24 oz bag
Mix flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl and set aside.
Separately, cream "butter", sugars, vanilla extract and "egg." Slowly mix in the dry ingredients 1/2 a cup at a time. After forming dough, gently fold in chocolate chips.
Spoon dough by rounded tablespoon onto a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8-15 minutes depending on your oven.
