Slow Cooker Turkey Tamale

1.25 lbs 99% fat free ground turkey1 c fat-free low-sodium chicken broth14.5 oz can diced tomatoes with chiles1 small onion, chopped3/4 c sweet corn, drained1/2 c low sodium red kidney beans, drained and rinsed3/4 c cornmeal1/2 c sliced black olives, drained.25 tsp Cajun seasoning1 tbsp fat free sour cream1/4 c shredded fat-free cheddar
Brown turkey in skillet for 7-9 minutes. Drain, and add crumbled turkey to crockpot.
Whisk together broth and cornmeal. Allow to thicken.
Put other ingredients over turkey. Pour cornmeal mixture over, and stir well.
Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours, or on low for 7 to 8 hours.
Top with shredded cheese and sour cream.
