Venison Stew

Ingredients
10 oz or 283.5 grams diced venicon2 chopped medium carrots.5 chopped medium onion3 cloves diced garlic1 chopped cellery stalk8 cups water1/2 cup flour4 medium potatos
Directions
Put water and venison in stew pot. Boil for 1 hour. add onion, garlic let boil for 1/2 hour. Then add potatos, carrots and cellery.let simmer for 1 hour. add flour to thicken. serve
