Jamie's Sauted Green Beans

Ingredients
4 Cups Fresh snapped Green Beans4 oz Onion Slices1 oz 98% lean Ham diced1/2 Cup Sliced Button Mushrooms2 Tbsp Olive Oil1/4 tsp Garlic Salt1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic1/4 tsp Black Pepper1 oz White Wine
Directions
1) Bring 2 Tbsp Olive Oil to Medium High Heat.
2) Add all but the wine and saute tossing/turning frequently. Reduce heat by half, add wine cover and let slow cook tossing occasionally. Cook to desired tenderness and serve hot
