2 Cans of Mexican Stewed Tomatoes2 Cans of Red Kidney Beans1/2 Onion3 - 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenders/Strips2 tsp. Chili Powder
Cut chicken stips into smaller chunks and brown with onion in a pot. Add cans of kidney beans and stewed tomatoes. Then add chili powder and simmer on low to medium heat. Taste after 20 minutes to see if you need it spicier. (This recipe can also be done in a slow cooker on low for 6 - 8 hours).
