Ingredients:Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)**Flax Seed, 1 tbsp Raisins, 10 raisins Strawberries, fresh, 2 large Coconut, raw, 0.05 cup, shredded (approximately 2 tbspWalnuts, 7 halvesOld Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 1/3 cupAlmond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, 1 oz Cinnamon, ground, .5 tbsp
Directions
Mix all ingredients except milk. pour milk once all ingredients are mixed. ENJOY!! It's delish!!
