Carmel Apple Cobbler Cake

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups reduced fat baking mix1/3 cup sugar1/2 cup skim milk2 golden delicious apples, peeled and cubed1 tbsp lemon juice1/2 cup brown sugar1 tsp cinnamon1 cup boiling water
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9x9 pan with cooking spray. Mix baking mix, sugar and milk together. Spread in bottom of prepared pan. Top with apples and drizzle with lemon juice. Mix together brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples. Pour boiling water over top--DON'T STIR! Bake for 45 minutes. Enjoy while still hot.
