Grilled chicken and roasted red pepper roll ups

Ingredients
3 6 oz boneless, skinless, chicken breasts (roasted)3 large roasted red peppers from a jar4 large lettuce leaves1/4 cup of reduced fat feta cheese
Directions
Prepare chicken the night before. Cut chicken into long strips. Place chicken, roasted red peppers and crumbled feta cheese into middle of lettuce leaves. Roll up and close with toothpick.
