Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Mushrooms, fresh, 3 cup, pieces or slices
Directions
slice pepper, onion, and mushrooms and put into skillet with fat free/calorie free parkay spray and simmer on low until done.
