Jamaican Egg Salad

2 Egg (Small)1 Large Potatoes Choppedtsp Black Peppertsp Curry Powderdash Salttsp Black peppertsp Butter1 small onion1/2 small green Bell pepper sliced1/2 tsp of Kraft Mayo Light
Boil chopped potatoes with curry powder, and salt until cooked to your liking,
Boil Eggs until hard,
remove eggs from pot and place in ice cold water to cool,
Chop onion, Bell pepper and place in container add Black pepper and mixed together
after eggs are cooled remove from shell and dice in small cubes (or any other shape you prefer)
add eggs to conatiner then add the butter and mixed thoroughly
serve with crackers or lettuce
