Grandma's Stacked Enchilladas

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef (or ground venison)1 small onion38 ounce jar of Spaghetti sauce1 pound Mozzarella cheese6 burrito size flour tortillas
1) Brown meat with onions
2) Put small amount of sauce into 9x13 inch baking pan. Add 2 tortillas. Layer meat, sauce, cheese. Repeat layers. Until all ingredients are used up. (Save some cheese.)
3) Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. When there is only 10 minutes left of baking, add the remaining cheese to the top of the dish.
Serve with sour cream and salsa.
