16 oz. Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (chops), boneless Dijon Mustard, 12 tsp Honey, 4 tbsp Poultry seasoning, 2 tsp
Preheat oven to 375. Rinse the pork chops and pat dry. Combine honey, mustard, and poultry seasoning in large bowl. Add chops stir to thoroughly coat. Allow to marinate at least 15 minutes. Place chops in baking dish. DO NOT wipe honey mixture from chop. Bake 20 to 30 or until chops are completely cooked.
