Ingredients
3/4 cup Long grain white rice1 cup chopped poultry1 15 oz. can of mixed vegetables, drained10.75 can of chicken broth1 can of Healthy Request Cream of Mushroomsoup 1/2 cup English PeasSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray casserole dish with Pam
Add all ingredients stir well
Place in oven cook for 45 min.
Makes 4 2 cup servings

    THIS SOUNDS SIMPLE AND YUMMY. SOMETHING DIFFERENT. I BUY 5-10 LBS OF CHICKEN BREASTS, BAKE THEM N THEN CHOP THEM UP AND PUT ABOUT 1-2 CUPS IN FREEZER BAGS SO I'M ALWAYS READY FOR THIS TYPE OF RECIPE. GONNA TRY IT THIS WEEK. - 4/5/08
