Ingredients
Dry ingredients: 1/3 cup oat flour1/2 tsp baking powder1 scoop natural high quality vanilla whey protein powder (like Teras Whey Bourbon vanilla) pinch of saltcinnamon to tastefresh ground nutmeg1-2 packets of stevia (optional- to taste) Wet ingredients1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1 fresh egg whitesplash of natural vanilla or smidge of vanilla bean paste (optional)
Directions
Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately- then combine. Spray nonstick skillet lightly and cook like normal pancakes! YUM YUM Enjoy :)
