8 egg yolks litre soya milk8 ozs sugarvanilla extractseaweed
bring milk and seaweed to the boil.
whisk sugar egg yolks and vanilla to sabayon stage.
pour milk onto the egg mixture.
whisk together return toi the heat.
on a low temp cook till it coats the back of a wooden spoon.
dont boil.
remove and allow to cool.
place in icecream machine and churn.
freeze for a couple of hours
then serve as normal ice cream
