Basic Fat Burning Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
1 or 2 cans tomatoes1 bunch celery1 large head cabbage3 green peppers1 pkg Lipton Onion soup mix1 large can beef broth1 large onion2 cans green beans2 pounds carrots
Directions
Cut veggies into bite sized pieces. Cover everything with water and boil for 10 minutes. Reduce to simmer and continue cooking untit tender. Season with salt, pepper, curry, parsley, boulion, or hot sauce, whatever suits your taste.

Servings : I don't know just how many 'real' servings this makes. i just throw it together.
Its one of those "diet" soups.

    Instead of the onion soup mix and can of broth, I substituted with several cups of water and 3 tsp chicken granules. Yum yum! I can feel the weight coming off :o) - 1/20/08
