Veggie Pita Bomb

Ingredients
*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large cut in strips Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced Provolone Cheese, 2 slice (1 oz) or 4 very thin 2 weight watchers whole wheat pita pocketsAdd an Ingredient
Directions
saute veggies in pan with spray until carmelized and tender
season as you choose ; salt, pepper, garlic powder, hot pepper flakes,etc.
spread out across pan and lay on cheese slices to melt
with spatula carefully fill pita halves

Serving Size: makes 4, 1/2 pita sandwiches
