Leek and Potatoe Soup

Ingredients
Leeks, 3 cup Potato, raw, 1 cup diced Chicken stock, home-prepared, 6 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Milk, 3.25%, 1 cupButter, salted, 20 grams Water, tap, 4 cup 8 fl oz (more or less as required)
Directions
melt butter and cook onions
add leeks and cook over a low heat for 5mins
stir in potatoes and add chicken stock
and enough water to bring to boil
simmer for 15 mins and add milk
add milk
