Pumpkin Spice Cake with Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

* Duncan Hines Spice Cake (Mix Only), 1 box minus about 3-4 tablespoons * Libby's Canned Pumpkin, 1 15.5 oz can * Imperial Stick Margarine, softened, about 11.5 tbsp * Neufchatel Cheese, softened, about 2.5 oz * Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, about 3 tbsp * Powdered Sugar, 2 cup, unsifted * Vanilla, about 1 tsp
Mix the pumpkin and the spice cake mix. Bake in 13x9 pan at 325 for about 20 minutes (if using glass pan, cook at 350). Let cool completely before frosting.
For frosting: Using hand mixer or whisk, mix all remaining ingredients until smooth (You may want to add powdered sugar and cocoa powder a little at a time, depending on the size of the bowl you use).
