Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 1 large *Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 2 oz Scallions, raw, 1 medium (4-1/8" long) *Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese, 0.12 cup (About 2 Tbsp, but they only offered portions by the cup)
Directions
Pre-heat non-stick pan on med-low, scramble egg, toss in remaining ingredients, cook, eat!
