Cooked Cinnamon Apples

Ingredients
5 medium sized apples, peeled, cored, sliced1 tsp cinnamon1-2 pkgs Equate zero-cal sweetener (added after cooking)
Directions
1. Peel, core and slice apples. Place in casserole or 8x8" square baking pan. Mix in 1 tsp cinnamon. Cover.

2. Microwave on High for 5 minutes. Remove cover, stir. Recover, and miocrowave for 5 more minutes.

3. Stir in 1-2 packets of zero calorie sweetener (or to taste). Serve warm or chilled.
