1/4 cup quick oats1 serving egg whites (3 tbsp)1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk or soymilk (for moistness)stevia to taste (1-2 packets or more)optional: small handful fresh or frozen berries, brown sugar, flavoring extracts
Mix all ingredients in a microwave-safe mug and pop it in for 1 minute. Watch carefully--it might overflow!--and if one minute doesn't do it, continue in 30-sec intervals until it's to your liking. Wait a minute for it to cool and then slide it out onto a plate (or eat it straight from the mug!)
