Spinach and Cream Cheese Omelet

Ingredients
4 eggs1 cup spinach45 grams chive and onion cream cheese spreaddash each of salt and pepper1/4 cup 2% milk
Directions
Blend together egg milk, salt and pepper. Pour into warm pan, add cream cheese and spinach. Give a quick stir to blend, then cook till set, flip and cook another few minutes until set all the way through.
