Simple Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 can Pink Salmon1/2 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs1 small egg
Directions
Makes 6 medium size patties.

Drain can of salmon and crumble chunks into a bowl. Add bread crumbs and egg. Combine and make 6 palm size disks. Pack firmly.
Add small amount of cooking spray to pan. Fry til crispy outside and cooked to your liking.
