Ingredients
Use a bowl w/ lid to mix ingredients in.Drain & rinse kidney beans & garbanzo beans and add to bowl.Chop onion, peppers, beets and add to bowl.DO NOT COOK CORN - remove corn from ears and add to bowl.Add EVOO.Salt & Pepper to taste or follow measurements provided.Toss lightly with spoon and enjoy!
