1.5 lbs of sweet potatoes (around 3 cups)1/4 cup of olive oil1/2 teaspoon of paprika1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
preheat oven to 425 degrees
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into 3 inch long strips (they will look like steak fries). If you cut them too thin, they will burn at this high temperature.
Put the cut up potatoes in a zip-lock bag. Add the oil and all of the spices and shake them together to coat evenly with the spices.
Put the potatoes on a cooking sheet. Cook for 25 minutes. Flip the potatoes half way through to cook evenly.
