Peach Spice Bread

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients: 2 tbsp ground Flax Seed2 1/3 cup Whole Wheat Flour2 tsp Baking Powder3/4 cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetener1 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp Baking Soda1/2 tsp Salt1/4 tsp Nutmeg, groundWet Ingredients:1 cup of cubed peaches peeled1 cup of plain soy milk1 medium egg1/4 cup canola oil
Directions
Mix the dry ingredients. Add each wet ingredient and then stir. Once everything is mixed place in lightly greased loaf pan.

Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. (or until a knife is inserted and comes out clean
