Flank Steak, 16 oz Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Chipotle seasoning, 3 tsp Onions, raw, 1 large Tortillas- 100 calorie each, 4 tortillas Sargento Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese .5 cup Garlic & Chive Cream: Parsley, 1 tbsp Fresh Chives, 1 tbsp chopped Garlic, 3 cloves Cumin seed, .25 tsp 1/2 cup daisy light sour cream
Directions
cover steak in olive oil & season steak w/chipotle

grill or pan fry

slice onions thickly & cook seprately

mix garlic, chives, sour cream , cumin parsley
