Low Carb Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
Turkey - 99% Fat Free - Jennie O Extra Lean Ground Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)Quaker Instant Oatmeal, prepared with water, 1 Packet Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 10 tsp (remove)Ketchup, Heinz, 4 tbsp (remove)Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 2 tsp Thyme, ground, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients together and drop balls in to a greased muffin tin. This is basically a turkey meatloaf in individual sizes, so you can flavor/season as you see fit. The oatmeal helps keep them together and gives it a nice texture. Cook at 350 degrees until cook through, about 25-30 minutes.
