Microwave muffin

Ingredients
- ¼ cup of ground flax- 1 tsp of baking powder- 2 tsp of cinnamon- 1 tsp of coconut oil- 1 egg- 1 packet of Stevia- 2 Tblsp of protein poweder [if wanting to raise protein value- splash of water if consistenty too dry. Place the ingredients into a mug and put it in the microwave for 50 seconds. Allow to cool and then enjoy!
Directions
in a coffee mug, mix dry ingredients; add oil and egg. splash of water if too dry. Can also add a couple TBlsps of protein powder for extra protein.
