White bean, Lentil & Tomatoe Medley

Ingredients

diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)cannellini beans (15 oz)1/2 cup of lentilsparmesan cheese (tbsp)olive oil (1 tbsp) 1 small onion (cut julian style or thick wedges)4 garlice cloves
Boil lentils for 20 minutes until soft
In another pot saute garlic, onion and olive oil until they are soft then add tomatoes, beans, parmesan cheese. Let this boil on low-med.
When lentils are finished drain them and add them to the mixture.
Add salt and pepper and parsley to taste.
