Raw Ranch Dip

Ingredients
1 cup cashews, soaked for 2-4 hours2 Tablespoons olive oil3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice1 Tablespoon mild miso2 large dates, pitted1 clove garlic1/4 cup water1 teaspoon onion salt1/4 teaspoon dry mustardPinch white pepper1 teaspoon dried basil1 teaspoon dried dill weed1 teaspoon chives
Directions
Put all ingredients in your high-speed blender and blend on high speed. Use your tamper to push the ingredients into the blade. Process until smooth. Add additional water if you want mix to be thinner or turn it into dressing.
