1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles - do not drain8 oz. Velveeta, cut into slices or cubes1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup4 cups cooked spaghetti1/2 cup skim milk1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
In a dutch oven or a large pot, mix all ingredients EXCEPT cooked spaghetti, cook over low to medium heat until the mixture is well blended and thoroughly heated. BE SURE NOT TO BOIL THE MIXTURE. It will be slow to melt/blend but it's worth the wait. Combine the cooked spaghetti with the mixture in the dutch oven, mix well. Serve. (1 serving = 1 cup)
