Low Fat French Toast

Ingredients
1 cup Egg Beaters1 tsp Milk1/2 tsp vanilla8 slices bread*Cinnamon*I use white bread, but whole wheat would increase the fiber.
Directions
Pour egg beaters in shallow bowl. Add milk and vanilla and whisk until blended. Drop slice of bread in mix to coat one side, turn over to coat other side and sprinkle with cinnamon. Place cinnamon side on a hot frying pan and sprinkle cinnamon on other side.

Cook for about one minute, and flip to cook other side.

Remove to plate and serve with syrup, powdered sugar or any other topping.
